"Animal Good Friends" is a local application without an account system or server storage. We will not actively collect or store any information that can identify your personal identity. During your use of this application, the following types of information and processing methods may be involved:

1.1 Real Time Communication

• Purpose of Use: Communicate with small animal AI agents
• Information Type: Audio data collected through the device's microphone
• Processing Method: All collected audio data is provided by the third-party Volcengine Real Time Communication, with no local caching and no transfer to any self-owned servers. 1.2 Microphone Usage and Handling

• Purpose of use: Communicate with small animal AI agents
• Information Type: Audio data collected via the device's microphone
• Processing Method: Audio data is only used for the current recognition request and processed by invoking a third-party audio recognition API (Doubao Large Model).
• Does not conduct behavior tracking, does not create image recognition history, and does not perform Model Training
• We will not save audio data to the system or local cache, nor will we upload it to any of our own servers.

1.3 Text To Speech

• Purpose of use: Play the text information returned by the small animal AI agent
• Information Type: Text returned by Volcengine's large model converted to speech
• Processing Method: The speech returned by the large model is synthesized and returned by the Volcengine Ark Large Model Platform. We do not store, transmit, or analyze speech text.

2. Call Records with Small Animals

• Purpose of Use: To allow users to view the usage records of this application
• Information Type: Text information generated during the use of this application
• Handling method: Local storage, no transmission, no upload to any server. You can click "Clear" on the settings page within this app at any time to clear this information.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We will not collect, store, or share the following data in any form:

• User's identity information such as real name, contact information, ID number, etc.
• Precise geographical location or device location information
• Address Book, SMS, Call Log
• Unique Device Identifier (e.g., IDFA, IMEI)
• User usage behavior trajectories (clicks, Time Stay, history)

4. Use and Scope of Liability for Third-Party Services

When it is truly necessary to introduce third-party services to provide image recognition capabilities (such as the Doubao Model API), we commit to:

• Strictly limit its use to audio recognition and Text To Speech itself
• Prohibit it from retaining, invoking, or using your audio data for other purposes without authorization
• Require it to have a reasonable security compliance system and be bound by the contract

However, since we have no control over how third-party services handle data, please read their Privacy Policy before use to ensure you understand the scope of their data processing.

5. Data storage and protection measures

• This application does not build its own database, nor does it deploy any servers.
• All audio data is processed as one-time temporary data and will not be stored or cached.
• All transmitted data is secured through encrypted protocols such as HTTPS.

6. User Rights

You have the following legal rights related to personal information:

• Right of access and Right to be informed: You have the right to know whether we process information related to you.
• Right to Delete and Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw camera permissions and Text To Speech permissions in the system settings
• Right to restrict processing: If you believe our processing activities exceed the necessary scope, you may request us to restrict such processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint: You may contact us at any time to raise objections, or lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

7. Children's Information Protection

This application is designed to provide users aged 2 and above with a safe and age-appropriate language learning experience. We do not collect any user's personal information, including that of child users.

The app does not contain an account system, does not include advertisements, and does not use any behavioral tracking or analytics services. All features run locally, do not rely on the network by default, and only connect to the network for limited periods during audio recognition requests or audio synthesis requests.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has accidentally submitted any personal information while using Animal Good Friends, please contact us immediately via email (talent.limited.ai@outlook.com). We will delete the relevant data as soon as possible after confirmation, even if the data was not actively collected by us.

8. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time due to product upgrades or legal changes. If significant changes are involved, we will notify you in a prominent manner within the application and will only process new data types after obtaining your affirmative consent.
